If, within fourteen days from the date of receipt,  you are for any reason unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us unopened, unused, undamaged, in the original unbroken packaging and condition that it was shipped to you. On receipt of such items, we will issue a refund for the price you paid for the item including any standard postage costs we incurred in sending you the item. You will be responsible for returning any such item and covering the cost of returning it. On receipt of the return, in the aforementioned condition, if it is found that the return is due to a mistake by goAV8.uk, we will either refund the cost of the item purchased, or send the item originally ordered at no additional cost to the purchaser. Although goAV8.uk aim to resolve returns/issues as quickly as possible, workload and other commitments may cause delays in resolving such matters.

If returned items are found not to be damaged/faulty as reported, refunds or replacements will only be offered at goAV8.uk's discretion. An administration charge of £50/hour, subject to change, will be payable by a purchaser if returns are tested and found not to be damaged/faulty as reported.

Ideally, we would encourage you to inform us of any items that have been damaged during delivery, within 24 hours of receiving them. Any parcels that are delivered showing signs of damage must be signed for as damaged with the delivery agent. Failure to do so, could invalidate later claims of such damages. Returned items must be sent signed for recorded delivery with insurance covering the full value of the item, packaged sufficiently to avoid damage in transit. Failure to do so will invalidate any claims for refund or replacement.

So as not to slow any claim for refund or replacement, we would encourage any faulty goods to  be reported to goAV8.uk within 3 days of receiving them.

We aim to keep postage costs down as much as we can, while, at the same time, ensuring the safety and security of your despatched order. To facilitate this, we reserve the right to use any third-party logistics company/service. The despatch confirmation email you receive will state which third-party logistics company/service we have used to deliver your order. High value items are fully insured and will require a signature as proof of delivery.
