If, within fourteen days from the date of purchase, you are for any reason unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us unopened, unused, undamaged, in the original unbroken packaging and condition that it was shipped to you. On receipt of such items, we will issue a refund for the price you paid for the item excluding any postage costs we incurred in sending you the item. You will be responsible for returning any such item and covering the cost of returning it. On receipt of the return, in the aforementioned condition, if it is found that the return is due to a mistake by cbl retail, we will either refund the cost of the item purchased, or send the item originally ordered at no additional cost to the purchaser. Although cbl retail aim to resolve returns/issues as quickly as possible, workload and other commitments may cause delays in resolving such matters.
If returned items are found not to be damaged/faulty as reported, refunds or replacements will only be offered at cbl retail's discretion. An administration charge of £50/hour, subject to change, will be payable by a purchaser if returns are tested and found not to be damaged/faulty as reported.
You should inform us of any items that have been damaged during delivery within 24 hours of receiving them. Any parcels that are delivered showing signs of damage must be signed for as damaged with the delivery agent. Failure to do so, will invalidate later claims of such damages. Returned items must be sent signed for recorded delivery with insurance covering the full value of the item, packaged sufficiently to avoid damage in transit. Failure to do so will invalidate any claims for refund or replacement.
So as not to invalidate any claim for refund or replacement, any faulty goods must be reported to cbl retail within 3 days of receiving them.
